I am very lucky to have my own personal chef, my wife Rebecca, who also went through the surgery and is keenly aware of the challenges we face. She gets asked so often by friends of ours for recipes I decided to record them here to share with others. Here we will cover different recipes as well as simple lunch and snack ideas. Pro-Tip: You will likely find yourself grilling copious amounts of chicken throughout this journey, I can’t emphasize enough how much I recommend a charcoal grill with rotisserie. If you live in an area where you can’t have an outdoor grill a George Foreman grill will suffice.
